What is the difference between our concrete Lego blocks and World Block’s knob-style blocks?
Betonblock® forms - and the blocks produced using them - present numerous advantages over competing products, such as (but not limited to) World Block's knob-style blocks. The durability of Betonblock®'s high-quality structural steel molds is unparalleled, designed to withstand rigorous daily use and to last for at least ten years. This ensures a highly favorable ROI (Return On Investment). With a standard work cycle of 250 days per year, a single Betonblock® mold can produce 2,500 concrete Lego blocks, resulting in a notably efficient cost per block.
From a design perspective, Betonblock® capitalizes on the universally recognized and cherished Lego shape, which is not only evocative but also exceedingly practical in construction applications. In contrast, World Block and other competitors often opt for knob-style block shapes, featuring two knobs on top that interlock with two knobs on the bottom. However, these do not match the quality and versatility offered by our Lego-style forms.
The robustness, ease of stacking, and reusability of concrete Lego blocks make them particularly suitable for temporary structures, rendering them optimal for a broad spectrum of construction projects, including buildings, bridges, and walls.
Moreover, our product range encompasses a variety of molds for creating Lego-style concrete blocks in different sizes. This flexibility allows for the generation of a wide array of block shapes with a single concrete form - a feature which is not achievable with World Block’s knob-style molds.
