For over 15 years, Betonblock® has been the market leader in concrete forms for anything from concrete blocks, concrete slabs and concrete barriers to concrete retaining walls and concrete tetrapods. Betonblock® forms can be used to cast concrete building blocks that serve as stable foundations for walls, partitions and floor slabs.
Concreteblock®'s robust, steel forms are designed and produced in our factory with great care. All forms are professionally welded by welding robots and are made exclusively of structural A572 steel, supplied by German steel producer ThyssenKrupp. We also apply a powder coating to enhance the steel with a rust-proof, scratch- and impact-resistant layer. Betonblock® forms are suitable for intensive, daily use and have a lifespan of more than ten years.
Wasting concrete is a thing of the past with Betonblock® forms. The forms can be used for new concrete, of course, but they are an excellent solution for circular projects involving leftover concrete. Stay sustainable and put all your concrete to good use, turning any leftovers into concrete blocks. The maths check out: a form costs less than $2 for every block you produce.
Concrete blocks cast with Betonblock® forms are often compared to the well-known LEGO® bricks owing to the studded top. The stud system makes the concrete Lego blocks easy to stack, creating a sturdy structure. The dimensional stability of the Betonblock® forms ensures that each block has exactly the same dimensions, which also benefits stacking the concrete blocks as each block is a perfect fit.
Betonblock® forms are used by concrete plants and scrap processors, who use the forms for sand and gravel, while agricultural businesses use the molds to build trench silos. Concrete blocks are also frequently used by government agencies for safety and security purposes, with potential applications including fencing for buildings and land, road barriers, protection for road workers and pedestrians, and coastline defenses (tetrapods).
Our L-shaped forms, also known as retaining wall forms, are the latest addition to our range. Concrete retaining walls are used for roadworks and serve as quay walls for flood defenses near rivers, canals and ponds, but they are also used to create storage bins for sand, soil, gravel and salt. Retaining walls are also used to build agricultural manure pits, serve as reinforcing structures that provide later soil support in gardens and are also suitable for garden partitions, raised gardens and multi-level gardens.
On top of our forms, Betonblock® also has a wide range of lifting equipment, hoisting equipment, transport equipment, accessories and more, all so you can start casting concrete immediately. Concrete blocks take around 24 to 48 hours to cure. We sell a rotator to help rotate the blocks and carry a wide range of lifting and hoisting gear, including concrete block clamps, forklift attachments and anchors.
Want to make multiple small blocks in one go with a single forms? Look no further than Betonblock® dividers. We sell several types of dividers, including stepped models and cover plates for studless concrete blocks.
